Parents Section

Basic Principles

The parents section is accessible with a password. It primarily fulfills a service function and aims to provide information and documents of the current school operation to the parents of enrolled students.

The means by which the documents are provided, can be different per country. In Germany, Switzerland (and Italy), the parents section is inside the respective country's website. In Brazil, the parents section is organised by a third party provider.

We make the following demands on contents to be published in the parents section:

  • The contents are up to date; they are revised regularly.
  • The information is easily accessible and structured.
  • Documents carry standardised and understandable titles.

Responsibilities

The school site continuously updates the parents section and routinely subjects it to a complete revision at the beginning of each semester.
