Websites

Basic Principles

The sustainable success of SIS Swiss International School substantially depends on the quality with which we provide our services and whether we succeed in showcasing the quality of processes and results in a credible manner and to a high standard. The websites occupy a central position in this public representation.

We distinguish between the websites (for example the website of SIS Switzerland) and the parents section:

  • The websites are accessible to everyone. They primarily fulfil a lead generation function and aim to introduce the SIS to interested groups of people in an attractive and informative manner.
  • The parents sections are accessible with a password. They primarily fulfil a service function and aim to provide information and documents of the current school operation to the parents of enrolled students.

We make the following demands on contents to be published on the websites:

  • The contents are up to date; they are revised regularly.
  • The texts on our websites are grammatically correct, reader-friendly and promotionally effective. They consist of short and comprehensible sentences.
  • The texts contribute to achieving good organic search results on Google through the integration of keywords.
  • The handling of matters concerning verbal expression and design is regulated by the current version of the Style Sheets.
