Periodicity

The SIS Staff Info is issued at least twice a year. It is published only in digital form, currently as PDF.

 

The SIS Staff Info is issued by the country companies.

Content

The following applies:

  • The current basic structure remains as standard. Fundamental elements are: Welcome, Good to Know, New at SIS, Good Practice.
  • The content as such is to be specified by the country company, e.g. whether or not the introduction of a new staff member is accompanied by a picture, whether or not babies or anniversaries are mentioned. It is, however, recommended to agree on a certain line that is followed for a longer period of time.
  • Both languages used in each country are to be given equal weight.
  • The editorial is either in the local language or English. We recommend to regularly alternate between the local language and English.
  • An English summary must accompany important texts which are written in the local language.

Design

The currently used InDesign templates serve as standard with respect to:

  • title page
  • background
  • fonts
  • layout of titles, text boxes and pictures
